Shipping & Returns


At Home Goods Emporium, our goal is to give you an amazing customer service experience!  We may have more products in stock than what's shown so please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Shipping Policy

  • Products are shipped directly from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we have sold out of a product, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
  • Tracking Numbers are provided approximately 48 hours after shipment from supplier.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on all of our products.

  • Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA number).  We are unable to initiate refunds without RA number.  No exceptions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to the warehouse.  In the event of a damaged/defective item, Home Goods Emporium will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
  • All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund can be issued.  We cannot accept returns of opened or used bedding.
  • Once we receive the item, the full purchase price will be refunded. It may take up to 30 days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.
