At Home Goods Emporium, our goal is to give you an amazing customer service experience!

We may have more products in stock than what's shown so please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Policy

  • When you purchase an item it will usually take 1 business day to ship once payment has been received.
  • Delivery in most instances takes 3 - 4 business days, although in some cases depending on where you live, it can arrive the next day.
  • Tracking Numbers are provided approximately 48 hours after shipment from supplier.
  • Products are shipped directly from our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we have sold out of a product, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 14-day Standard Return Policy on all of our products.
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA number).  We are unable to initiate refunds without RA number.  No exceptions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to the warehouse.  In the event of a damaged/defective item, Home Goods Emporium will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
  • Once we receive the item, the full purchase price will be refunded.  It may take up to 14 days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 Ineligible for Return or Exchange


- Used or washed bedding
- Custom pieces
- Clearance items

Acceptable for Return or Exchange, within 30 days of receipt:
- New, unused bedding in original condition, in unopened packaging.

  • Unused bedding can be returned or exchanged in its original condition within 30 days of reciept.
  • A refund can be issued minus a 30% Restocking Fee of the original item. A credit can be issued for the full purchased price, which is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA number). We are unable to initiate refunds without RA number.  No exceptions.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to the warehouse. In the event of a damaged/defective item, Home Goods Emporium will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
  • All returned items must pass a manufacturing inspection before a refund or credit can be issued, as we cannot accept returns of used bedding.
  • Once we receive the item, the full purchase price will be refunded. It may take up to 14 days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.
